As a client we’ll get to know you, your situation and/or your business. We come to you, at least twice a year. We like to see you on your own territory. It helps us provide a comprehensive, rounded service. If we’re familiar with you, your situation and your aims, it means we’re more likely to anticipate things for you, or be involved as they happen.

We’re not quite sure how anyone can provide a full service to their clients if they don’t build relationships like this. How often have you heard accountants, consultants or advisors talk about being proactive, only to have them offer advice after the event?
